The lovely and talented Julianne Hough will be back on Dancing with the Stars this season. Julianne has ties to Coeur d'Alene via her grandparents, Bob and Colleen Hough as well as her dad, Bruce, being a CHS grad. This photo was taken in February when Ms. Hough visited North Idaho. Memo to me: avoid standing next to a beautiful blonde 19-year-old when there are cameras around.
