Dancing with Julianne

Julianne Hough, two-time champion of the hit show Dancing with the Stars, came dancing home to Idaho this weekend. Julianne performed a dance number and her soon-to-be-released single at North Idaho College's Schuler Performing Arts Center to a packed house. After the show she posed for photos with her grandparents, Colleen and Bob Hough. Her father, Bruce graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School in 1972 and her grandfather, Bob was one of North Idaho's best loved local radio personalities for years. Julianne's sister Sharee Wise, owns a Coeur d'Alene dance studio.

SHUT the front door! I did not know the fabulous Julianne was Bruce Hough's daughter! Did you see her with the Brazilian? She brought him in. He wouldn't have made it without her. Damn. I wish I wudda known. I would have come over!

Julianne should be a star on multiple levels. What a gracious and kind person I hear she is. I hope her run on Dancing lasts as long as she wants and that her music career takes off too. What a darling girl and darling brother Derrick too!

Julianne is amazing but Helio could have won with someone else that fits his personality. He and Julianne both were so fun to watch ad that is why he won. They both made everyone smile and had great chemistry.

I was at this event and met Julianne, she shook my hand, hugged me, took pictures with me and signed an autographed photo for me. I found her to be a very sweet and kind person and the few words that we did exchange made me feel as tho I was talking to an old friend. This was such a laid back setting, small and intimate. I feel very privledged to have been a part of it. We really have a big rising star on our horizons and I am here to see her make it to the top. Thank you Julianne! Patti not Patty....lol
