Frosty's on his way

Frosty the Snowman's belated arrival in North Idaho will be on the Arctic Express! For the next three or four days we'll see several inches of new snow and frigid, even below zero temperatures. As these icicles on my front porch in January show, winter weather provides much beauty but it's also the time to take precautions.
