Even though the Post Falls Community Picnic was going on around him, 3-year-old Oskar Holinka was all tuckered out from play. The annual picnic features a bbq dinner at the Grand Pavilion, live music from Kelly Hughes and the backdrop of the city beach on the Spokane River.
