OnLocation as Miss Idaho USA Tracey Brown is joined on the Miss USA stage with fellow delegates from Illinois and Indiana in the preliminary swimsuit competition. This bevy of "I" state brunettes are looking good! The Miss USA Pageant is Friday night on NBC.
