Igloo - North Idaho Style

When handed lemons some make lemonaid, and these twenty-somethings followed that philosophy to create a grown-up clubhouse out of the record snowfall of late. Ryan Irving, Keith Cloutre, Tony Shields and John Black spent several hours building a pretty respectable igloo in the front yard of their Mullan Ave. home in Coeur d'Alene. Using a plastic recycling container to mold the ice bricks, the structure is expected to be finished in time for a weekend "housewarming" party. Topping out at about 12' in height, the igloo's architect, Ryan, has gauged occupancy at ten people.

I guess I'm not the only one who discovered that those blue recycling bins make great snow forms!

You know, throughout the 40 years I have known you I would never have figured you to become a snow bragger. Is it the city council? Is is the heart? What is it? You have to ask yourself, Kerri, when did I adopt these unseemly ways? Good lord, I just never would have called this one.

Jbelle my friend, ever since you left for the big city of The 'Can in EWA, with your Idaho home in the rearview mirror, you've become quite the snow envier. I implore you to see the error of your ways and come home to beautiful North Idaho so I can smack you upside the head with a big fluffy snowball! :)
