Former Miss Idaho, Tracey Brown of Post Falls was the designer and force behind the pink ribbon breast cancer awareness plates, in honor of her mother, a breast cancer survivor. Proceeds from the plates will allow low-income, uninsured women to receive breast cancer screening.
